Where is my order?
Every Pawlette item is printed to order, so allow 2–4 business days for production, plus 3–5 business days for domestic shipping (10–18 for international). Once it ships, you'll get a tracking email — check spam if you don't see it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we start printing right away, we can only change or cancel within 2 hours of purchase. Email us immediately at support@pawlette.shop with your order number and we'll do our best.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations — available countries appear at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
How does made-to-order work?
Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you pick your Colorway and place your order, our print partner creates your item fresh, just for your pet. It takes a little longer than mass-produced gear — but it means better quality and zero waste.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a size guide with measurements. Measure your pet and compare before ordering — sizing errors aren't covered by our guarantee, so a quick measure saves a headache.
What's your return policy?
Our 30-Day Happy-Tail Guarantee covers wrong, damaged, or defective items — see our Refund Policy for the full details. Custom portraits are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
My item looks a little different from the screen — is that normal?
Slight color variation between screens and print is normal and not a defect. If something's genuinely wrong, send us a photo and we'll make it right.
