Made-to-Order Means Made For Your Pet

At Pawlette, every bandana, tee, and accessory is printed to order — never sitting in a warehouse waiting. That means your pup gets something truly fresh, and nothing goes to waste. Please read the timing details below so you know exactly when your order will arrive at your door (or paw).

Order Processing & Print Time

After you place your order, our print partner gets to work. Please allow 2–4 business days for your item to be printed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment. This window applies to all products, including custom pet portraits.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays in the United States.

Heads up: Personalized or custom-portrait orders may require an additional 1–2 business days beyond the standard print window.

Shipping Estimates

Once your order leaves our fulfillment facility, estimated transit times are:

Destination Estimated Delivery
United States (domestic) 3–5 business days
International 10–18 business days

Total estimated time to your door = Print time + Shipping time.

For example: if print time is 2–4 business days and domestic shipping is 3–5 business days, expect your order within that combined window.

These are estimates — carrier delays, customs clearance, and peak seasons can extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $40 CAD. For orders under $40, a flat shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Carriers

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size. International orders may be handed off to local postal carriers upon entering the destination country.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2–4 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us at support@pawlette.shop.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Canada
  • Select international destinations — available countries are shown at checkout.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or oversized items. Please provide a physical delivery address when possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. Pawlette has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error right after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@pawlette.shop — we can only make changes before the order enters the print queue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  3. If still unresolved after 3 business days, email us at support@pawlette.shop and we'll do our best to help.

Pawlette is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
